Inspired by Singapore’s iconic local dishes, these four delectable items will be available across all 22 Tiong Bahru Bakery outlets.
Each item on the special menu is crafted with a nod to beloved local flavors:
Chili Crab Focaccia ($5.90)
Experience Singapore’s famous chili crab in a new form. This bake features the iconic chili crab sauce spread on TBB’s signature sourdough focaccia, offering a spicy and aromatic delight with hits of sweet and savory notes.

TBB Junior Programme Collaboration
Returning for its third year, the TBB Junior programme is supporting the growth of the local arts scene by collaborating with young artists from Boon Lay Garden Primary School. Together, they will showcase their unique imaginations through captivating digital artwork in a celebratory National Day display, featuring imaginative characters, national symbols, and delectable TBB pastries in their work.
