  5. What you should know before starting the trail

Singapore’s familiar hawker dishes are getting a miniature makeover. The Kopitiam Makan Trail Singapore will run from 15 October to 21 November 2026 across 19 Kopitiam and Bagus by Kopitiam outlets, giving diners the chance to collect food-inspired bag charms, customise 3D keycap keychains, and win prizes with a minimum $15 spend.

Kopitiam’s latest campaign is divided into three unique experiences in the West, East, and North. So, what you can collect or do depends on where you choose to eat.

In the West, there’s a seven-stop trail focused on collecting miniature hawker food charms. The East offers a spin-and-win game with daily prizes, and the North lets diners build their own 3D food-themed keychain.

The Kopitiam Makan Trail Singapore features three unique experiences.

The Kopitiam Makan Trail Singapore brings together two things Singaporeans love: exploring local food spots and collecting unique items.

It’s important to check the details before you go. Each region’s campaign has its own dates, outlets, and rules, so not every Kopitiam outlet will have the same promotion.

All promotions start with a minimum spend of $15 at participating outlets, but the number of same-day receipts you can combine depends on the region.

West: Collect up to 18 bag charms inspired by hawker food.

The biggest trail is in the West, running from 17 October to 15 November 2026 across seven outlets.

At the Kopitiam West Makan Trail, spend at least $15 (using up to three same-day receipts) to draw a coloured ball and win a guaranteed prize. Prizes include Kopitiam vouchers, drinks, blind bag keychains, fans, and the limited-edition Kopitiam Everyday Pouch.

You can customise the mobile phone sling pouch with miniature food-themed bag charms. There are 18 designs, featuring dishes like wanton mee, laksa, and nasi lemak.

Seven charm designs are exclusive to certain outlets, while 11 are available everywhere. Each Everyday Pouch includes two generic charms and one outlet-exclusive charm, so collectors may want to visit different locations.

These activities run from 12pm to 8pm, while supplies last:

  • 17 to 18 October: Hillion Mall and 475 Choa Chu Kang
  • 24 to 25 October: 253 Keat Hong Market & Food Centre
  • 31 October to 1 November: JEM Mall
  • 7 to 8 November: Jurong Point and West Mall
  • 14 to 15 November: Yew Tee Square

East: Spend $15 for a chance to win daily prizes.

The Kopitiam East promotion takes place from 15 October to 21 November 2026 at six locations.

Spend at least $15 (with up to two same-day receipts) and you can spin a wheel for prizes. Prizes include Kopitiam merchandise, vouchers, a stainless-steel vacuum flask, and a macaron mini Bluetooth speaker.

Collectors can also find a different version of the Kopitiam Everyday Pouch in the East. This one features charms inspired by favourites like ice kachang, satay, and kaya butter toast, with six exclusive designs and 11 generic ones.

Participating outlets include Paya Lebar Quarter, Tampines Mall, Marina Bay Financial Centre, Parkway Parade, Bagus Food Hall at Paya Lebar Square, and Pasir Ris Mall.

The two-day events are set for: 15–16 October at Marina Bay Financial Centre, 23–24 October at Parkway Parade, 30–31 October at Paya Lebar Square, 6–7 November at Tampines Mall, 13–14 November at Pasir Ris Mall, and 20–21 November at Paya Lebar Quarter.

Most events run from 12pm to 8pm, except for Marina Bay Financial Centre, which operates from 11am to 6pm.

North: Build your own 3D Kopitiam Keycap Clicker.

If you prefer something hands-on, the Kopitiam 3D Keycap Keychain promotion is in the North from 17 October to 1 November 2026.

Spend at least $15 (using up to two same-day receipts) and you can build and customise a limited-edition 3D Keycap Keychain inspired by local dishes. Instead of a fixed collectible, this activity lets you create your own.

There are six participating locations: Kopitiam at Northpoint City, AMK Hub, Sembawang Shopping Centre, Sembawang MRT, and Bagus Food Hall at Causeway Point and Northpoint City.

These activities run from 12pm to 8pm on the following dates:

  • 17 to 18 October: Bagus Causeway Point and Kopitiam at Northpoint City
  • 24 to 25 October: Kopitiam at AMK Hub and Sembawang Shopping Centre Kopitiam Food Hall
  • 31 October to 1 November: Kopitiam at Sembawang MRT and Bagus Food Hall at Northpoint City

What you should know before starting the trail

Since each region has its own campaign, this is really three mini events instead of one big promotion. If you want the Everyday Pouch or hawker food bag charms, focus on the West and East. The North is best for the customisable keycap experience.

The $15 minimum spend means you can join in just by having a regular meal, without needing a separate ticket or entry fee.

Keep in mind that each event only happens on certain dates, and all prizes and merchandise are available only while stocks last.

If you’re interested in a specific food charm or 3D keycap, be sure to check the region, outlet, and event date before you go.

My current Ya Kun obsession 😂☕️

Soy Milk Iced Coffee, less sweet. But leave it in the fridge for an hour and the texture changes… and somehow I like it even more. 😂
