This season, Sofitel Nespresso Singapore is offering a new twist on the classic coffee-and-croissant pairing. Between 1 September and 26 November 2026, guests at Sofitel Singapore City Centre can have three special croissant and Nespresso coffee pairings delivered straight to their rooms, each with a personal finishing touch.

The experience, called “Please Disturb,” is part of Sofitel’s La Haute Croissanterie partnership with Nespresso. Rather than serving croissants as a simple breakfast, the hotel has created a full in-room ritual, featuring unique coffee recipes, beautifully plated pastries, and a special finishing touch when your tray is delivered.

Three filled croissants, two coffees, a dessert, and utensils elegantly set atop a deep red tablecloth at La Haute Croissanterie.

What is the Sofitel Nespresso Singapore experience?

This collaboration brings the French café-croissant tradition into your hotel room, making it available whenever you want.

In each room, guests will see a “Please Disturb” door hanger next to the Nespresso machine, showing the three pairing options. You can order using the in-room dining QR code, and your choice will be brought to your room or suite on a special tray with fresh flowers and a matching napkin.

A brown “Please Disturb” door hanger on a gold handle and white door reflects Sofitel Nespresso Singapore’s inviting charm.

You can order the Please Disturb croissant and coffee pairing at any time of day, not just for breakfast. Sofitel suggests enjoying it during a relaxed morning, as an afternoon treat, or even as a late-day indulgence.

The experience feels a bit theatrical when your food arrives. Depending on your choice, the final touch might be brûléed sugar, a spray of citrus aroma, or freshly grated dark chocolate with Sichuan pepper.

Three croissant and coffee pairings are available

The La Haute Croissanterie Singapore menu offers three pairings, each built around flavors that connect the pastry and the coffee.

Le Brûlé

A person lifts a black rotary phone beside a croissant and cappuccino on a green placemat, evoking a cozy café scene.

Le Brûlé combines a Cappuccino Mousse Brûlée with a Crispy Honey Cream Croissant.

Almond ties the two parts together, along with orange blossom and fresh orange zest. The cappuccino is decaffeinated and finished with a burnt top, while the croissant adds honey, almond, and crisp pastry to the mix.

Pastry Chef Stanley Mak from Sofitel Singapore City Centre says this is his favorite pairing, noting how it balances almond, honey, and caramel flavors.

L’Epicé

L’Epicé is built on coffee and dark chocolate, pairing a Spicy Chocolate Coffee with a Coffee-Choco Exotic Croissant.

A marble bust, croissant, cup of cocoa, lamp, and books rest on a shelf; a white robe hangs below, evoking Sofitel style.

The croissant is filled with coffee-chocolate ganache, and the coffee is made with oat milk. Passion fruit adds a tangy note to balance the rich chocolate and coffee, and Sichuan pepper gives an aromatic finish.

Of the three Nespresso croissant pairings in Singapore, this one stands out for its unusual mix of espresso, chocolate, tropical fruit, and spice, instead of just classic pastry flavors.

Le Tonique

Le Tonique offers a lighter option, pairing an Iced Orange Espresso Tonic with a Paris Brest Croissant.

A croissant with banana slices and nuts sits on a white plate beside a foamy iced coffee, served on a green tray with utensils.

The croissant is filled with hazelnut praline diplomat cream and topped with roasted hazelnuts. The drink combines iced coffee, tonic water, orange blossom water, and fresh orange zest.

The tonic’s bitterness and bubbles help balance the rich pastry, while the citrus ties the drink to the hazelnut-filled croissant.

Why the in-room format makes this collaboration different

While croissant collaborations are common in Singapore, the Sofitel Singapore City Centre Nespresso concept goes beyond just adding three new pastries to a café menu.

Here, your hotel room becomes part of the whole experience.

When the tray arrives with flowers, a special coffee recipe, and a final touch, it feels more like a private dining moment than a simple pastry promotion. This fits well with a luxury hotel, where guests might want breakfast or coffee in their room instead of going to the restaurant.

There’s also a practical benefit: since you can order the menu any time, you’re not limited to regular breakfast hours.

This idea is part of a global program at 20 Sofitel hotels from 1 September to 26 November 2026. Each hotel joins the limited-edition La Haute Croissanterie x Nespresso collaboration, but the Singapore version is unique to Sofitel Singapore City Centre.

What is La Haute Croissanterie?

A person mists a layered cocktail in a ribbed glass, with dessert nearby on green, evoking Sofitel’s elegant coffee pairing.

Sofitel launched La Haute Croissanterie on World Croissant Day in January 2024, inspired by the artistry of French haute couture.

The pastries begin with a classic French croissant recipe made with butter and flour, then add ingredients like creams, compotes, fruit jellies, and candied fruits.

The brand later introduced its Blossoms collection in May 2025, with a Fruit Kiss collection coming in May 2026. This Nespresso collaboration focuses on how pastry and coffee work together, not just the croissant itself.

This makes the promotion appealing to both coffee lovers and pastry fans, instead of being just another limited-edition bakery item.

When can you try the Nespresso croissant pairing Singapore menu?

The limited-edition menu runs at Sofitel Singapore City Centre from 1 September to 26 November 2026.

A key detail is that this is meant to be enjoyed in your room, with orders placed through the hotel’s in-room dining system and delivered right to you.

Sofitel’s press release doesn’t mention the prices for each pairing or if non-guests can order the menu, so it’s best to check with the hotel for those details.

If you’re planning to stay at the Tanjong Pagar property during the promotion, this collaboration gives you something more special than just the usual capsule coffee by the minibar.

Now, the morning café-croissant ritual is part of the hotel experience, with three unique options for what you can enjoy with your next cup of coffee.
