Each bak chang is carefully hand-wrapped in quality bamboo leaves and slow-cooked for over two and a half hours – this process infuses each plump parcel with its characteristic aroma and melds the flavour of each ingredient together.

Available for sale at all Thye Moh Chan, BreadTalk, and Toast Box stores (excluding Toast Box at Tan Tock Seng Hospital), these traditional treats are sold individually, as well as in bundle sets with an exclusive eco-friendly cooler bag that is ideal for gifting. Customers can make their purchase in-store or via delivery on GrabFood, Deliveroo, foodpanda, Shopee, and BreadTalk’s e-store at www.breadtalk.com.sg/shop
