A Sweet Reunion
The initial launch saw Häagen-Dazs teaming up with the renowned “Picasso of Pastry,” Pierre Hermé, to introduce their first-ever macaron ice creams. These unique treats combined Häagen-Dazs’s creamy ice cream with Pierre Hermé’s signature almond-flavoured mini macaron shells, creating a perfect blend of textures and tastes. The result was a resounding success globally, and now the dynamic duo is back with more.
New Flavours for 2024
Building on the success of their original collection, Häagen-Dazs and Pierre Hermé are bringing two new flavours to the table for the spring-summer season of 2024. The Yuzu & Lemon flavour, a previous limited edition favourite, returns due to popular demand. This tangy delight features zesty lemon ice cream swirled with lemon and yuzu curd sauce, all balanced by the chewy mini macaron shells.
Joining the lineup is the new Vanilla & Blueberry flavour, which combines Häagen-Dazs’s signature vanilla ice cream with a burst of fresh blueberries and juicy blackcurrants. The mini macaron shells add an extra layer of crunch and chew, making this flavour an ultimate ice cream experience.
Expanding the Collection
The new flavours join the existing range, which includes the sought-after Double Chocolate Ganache and Strawberry & Raspberry.
