Imagine silky, smooth eggs infused with truffle, gently layered with peppery crab meat between golden toast slices. Created with heritage coffee brand Kim Guan Guan, this luxurious dish perfectly complements their aromatic kopi or fragrant teas. Breakfast will never be the same again.

Stacked sandwich slices, yellow sauce, red chilies, and parsley on stone—ideal for fans of Singaporean cuisine.

Singapore Truffle Wagyu Beef Cheek Polo Bun

Two red, star-topped buns—one cut open to reveal a savory filling—sit on a plate amid lush green leaves, evoking Singapore.

Inspired by Golden Pillow 933’s beloved curry-in-a-bun, this mouthwatering creation by Chefs Hua Kai and Saifullah introduces tender wagyu beef cheek wrapped inside a soft, fragrant polo bun. Every bite combines East and West, tradition and modernity, making it truly unforgettable.

Soft-shell Crab Imperial XO Dried Scallop Vermicelli
