Lamb aficionados will rejoice in the Moroccan Spice Roasted Lamb Rump (S$58++), marinated for a minimum of 48 hours in a tantalizing blend of ras-el-hanout spice, lemon rinds, and garlic, promising a symphony of flavours with every bite.

No Meadesmoore experience is complete without their renowned Wagyu cuts. This Easter, indulge in the Salt-crusted Roasted Sanchoku Wagyu (S$58++), where a flavorful crust of coarse salt, meringue, juniper berries, and aromatic herbs delicately seasons the prized Wagyu, resulting in tender, unforgettable bites.
