Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert introduces new limited-edition Mala Wanton Noodle. Known for its signature HK Wanton Noodle, Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert will once tantalize Singaporeans’ taste bud and satisfy their love for spicy food with the Mala Wanton Noodle that is mind-numbingly good.

The Mala Wanton Noodle comes with boiled mala wantons that are made using tender premium kurobuta pork, juicy fresh prawns and fiery mala spice blend that is a secret recipe specially concocted by Senior Executive Chef, Mr Chan Wing Kin, using different Szechuan spices.  The mala wantons are paired with HK imported springy egg noodle and topped with savoury Jinhua ham broth that is boiled for hours.

For Mala fans, the Fried Mala Wanton Noodle will set your taste buds afire with mala wantons that are fried to a perfect crisp. They are served with HK egg noodle and tossed in a fragrant mala spicy sauce.

Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert also took the opportunity to recreate an all-time favourite dim sum dish –Siew Mai, using Szechuan spices. The Mala Siew Mai is stuffed with juicy pork, fresh prawns and mala spice blend.
