Man Fu Yuan’s Alaska Seafood Series

This September, the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) invites you to indulge in an exclusive culinary journey featuring wild-caught Alaska seafood at six of Singapore’s top dining establishments. In celebration of Seafood Expo Asia, ASMI has partnered with POPI’S at Mandala Club, Man Fu Yuan at InterContinental Singapore, 15 Stamford at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel, Morsels, and UMMI Beirut to offer you a rare chance to savour the exceptional quality and sustainability of Alaska’s seafood.

Alaska, renowned for its pristine waters and abundant marine life, produces some of the world’s finest seafood. This collaboration highlights the natural flavours and nutritional benefits of Alaska’s seafood, crafted into signature dishes that you’ll find only in these esteemed restaurants throughout the month.

At Morsels, Chef Petrina Loh blends Japanese and Southeast Asian influences with Alaska seafood, creating innovative dishes like the Alaska Pacific Cod Brandade and Alaska Sockeye Soto Kasujiru. Man Fu Yuan elevates traditional Chinese cuisine with Executive Chef Aaron Tan’s Alaska Steamed Pacific Cod and Alaska Baked Black Cod. Over at POPI’S Dining Room in Mandala Club, Chef Jack Allibone presents the luxurious Roasted Alaska Black Cod, reflecting the Club’s commitment to sustainability.

15 Stamford Restaurant offers the freshest seafood options, including Alaska Sockeye Salmon En Papillote and Alaska Cod Fish and chips. UMMI Beirut adds a Middle Eastern twist with Alaska Herb-Cured Salmon and Alaska Seafood Kibbeh.
