Tiong Bahru Bakery, affectionately known as TBB, now has made a grand entrance with its largest outlet to date, situated in the bustling heart of the city at The Centrepoint. Let’s explore this vibrant 3,500-square-foot bakery with seating for 120 guests and indulge in its culinary delights.

A Feast for the Senses

TBB Centrepoint isn’t just a bakery; it’s a haven for food enthusiasts. It features its renowned selection of artisanal bakes and coffees and introduces an exciting expansion of its hot food menu, exclusively available at The Centrepoint and Raffles City. The result? A culinary experience that promises to delight.

A Diverse Menu for All Occasions

The menu at TBB Centrepoint offers a little something for everyone, from beloved brunch favourites to hearty comfort dishes. Whether you’re an early bird or prefer a leisurely brunch, TBB covers you.

For those who crave a hearty, spicy kick, the Hot Chicken and Pumpkin plate is a must-try. It features succulent seared chicken breast paired with roasted gochujang-spiced Kobucha pumpkin, all elegantly drizzled with a creamy wasabi sauce.

Or perhaps the Pulled Pork Risoni is calling your name. Creamy risoni dances with tender pulled pork and roasted king oyster mushrooms, crowned with a crisp watercress salad and generous shavings of parmesan cheese.

If brunch is your thing, the TBB Big Breakfast is an all-inclusive experience with a choice of eggs, pork sausage, TBB sourdough toast, roasted potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, and homemade BBQ sauce.

But, of course, no brunch is complete without a stack of pancakes. Enter the Savory Pancakes, where crispy bacon strips are tucked between light and fluffy pancakes, crowned with a sunny-side-up egg and a drizzle of luscious maple syrup.

Sweet tooths will love the amped-up Dessert Croffle – creamy vanilla bean ice cream nestled between a crispy croffle with a caramelized toffee-like crust.

Sandwiches and Salads with a Twist

TBB Centrepoint also boasts an enticing lineup of sandwich and salad creations. The Chilli Chicken Sourdough is a flavour-packed delight with spiced chicken and savoury bacon. The Miso Tofu Salad and nutrient-packed Kale Chicken Caesar are excellent choices for those seeking lighter options.

Seasonal Magic

As a special seasonal treat, TBB unveils the Fig and Chestnut Sourdough, available for a limited time from October to December, adding a touch of seasonal magic to the bakery’s offerings.

Art Meets Community

Remaining faithful to TBB’s creative essence, TBB Centrepoint’s design draws inspiration from the carnival and gypsy motifs, with hand-painted canvases by renowned local artist XY/X gracing the walls. These playful caricatures cleverly incorporate iconic TBB items, creating unity and community.

A distinctive highlight at TBB Centrepoint is the open-concept kitchen, where you can glimpse your beloved croissants being freshly baked every two hours.

TBB Centrepoint is more than just a bakery; it’s a place where flavours, art, and community come together harmoniously to create memorable moments and a tasty journey.

In addition to the grand opening at The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Bakery opened its doors at Cluny Court on 7 October 2023, bringing its signature pastries, coffees, and French charm to the historical building by the Botanic Gardens of Singapore.
