Helming the bar is enigmatic head bartender Oliver Garcia O’Brien, whose passion for culture and cuisine shines through in every cocktail. His creations, from a classic Negroni with a twist to original concoctions inspired by his travels, turn Basilico Bar into a familiar destination for guests.

The debut menu features eight vibrant cocktails, each celebrating Italy’s authentic flavors. Try the Caffé Freddo, a refreshing blend of lemon grappa, Cocchi Dry, coffee, and lemon tincture, or the Pomodorino, a spicy twist on the classic Bloody Mary. Pair your drink with Frittelle di Merluzzo or Guanciotti Di Maiale for a complete culinary adventure.

Newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Davide Del Gatto brings his depth of culinary experience to Basilico, focusing on the communal aspect of Italian dining. The 235-seater restaurant now features a refreshed raw bar with prime seafood, live grill stations, and a live pasta station on weekends. Don’t miss the new Romana-style pizzas, with dough fermented for 48 hours for a light, airy texture.

Buffet Options

  • Weekday Lunch Buffet: $68++ per adult; $34++ per child
  • Basilissimo Buffet Dinner: $98++ per adult; $49++ per child
  • Brunch di Fine Settimana Buffet (weekends): $128++ per adult; $64++ per child

Basilico’s partnership with wine bar Park90 enhances the dining experience with a curated wine program featuring modern Italian growers and wine superstars, available by the glass or bottle.

The Cheese Room: A Haven for Cheese Lovers

Basilico’s iconic cheese room showcases over 50 varieties of artisanal cheeses sourced from across Italy. Enjoy innovative flavors like Gorgonzola with pistachio and caramel or Burrata with fresh pesto. This multifunctional space also offers a Chef’s Table dining experience for lunch or dinner.

Capturing Italian Culture

Designed by renowned Japanese architect Yasuhiro Koichi, Basilico’s concept draws inspiration from classic Italian piazzas and markets. The recently refurbished interiors feature a central area with three open kitchens, a raw bar with fresh seafood, and a newly styled Basilico Bar. The alfresco-style dining terrace overlooks the pool, perfect for special celebrations with private or semi-private dining rooms.

Celebrate with Basilico

Join Basilico in celebrating its 15th anniversary and experience the vibrant flavors and conviviality of Italian culture. Whether it’s a sophisticated cocktail at the Basilico Bar, a sumptuous buffet, or a cheese lover’s dream come true, Basilico offers an unforgettable Italian dining experience.
