Launched in Singapore on March 4, 2024, the St-Rémy Signature epitomizes the perfect fusion of tradition and innovation under the skilled hands of Master Blender Cécile Roudaut.
St-Rémy Signature undergoes a pioneering double maturation process, setting a new standard in brandy production. Initially aged in new oak casks under varying heat conditions, the brandy acquires spiced notes, indulgence, and vivacity. Subsequently, the liquid is matured in traditional casks, enhancing its roundness, balance, and sweetness, culminating in a unique and exquisite flavour profile.
With a nose redolent of sweet aromas from virgin wood and spice, including vanilla, coconut, and almond, intertwined with fresh fruits, the St-Rémy Signature offers a sensory journey like no other. On the palate, the brandy delights with subtle woody notes layered with honey, nut, and butter flavours, evolving into candied fruits and sweet spices that bring a harmonious balance.
The bottle design embodies elegance, featuring an embossed lion emblem, a cork stopper adorned with a second engraved lion, and a distinct grip at the neck reminiscent of the French tri-colour Lys flower. From Mama Diam, Bar Supervisor Hex presents the TiREMYsu, blending St-Rémy Signature with Tia Maria coffee liqueur, Nanyang coffee cold brew, dark cocoa liqueur, mascarpone cream, and vanilla. Head Bartender Daniel Fong of Potato Head Singapore offers Crème de la crème, featuring St-Rémy Signature, espresso, mango passion cream, lemon juice, and butter shavings.
At Qin Bar, Senior Bartender Kelvin Low serves the St-Rémy Café Royale, a delightful concoction of St-Rémy Signature, Cazcabel Coffee Tequila Liqueur, Cointreau cream, and nutmeg.
