Sentosa GrillFest: Flame-Licked Delights from Around the World

From July 7th to July 30th, the Sentosa GrillFest will kick off the festival season in Singapore. This seaside barbecue spread at Siloso Beachfront will feature 35 F&B establishments offering delicious charred bites. This year’s Sentosa GrillFest is the biggest yet! The festival has added a new zone called International Delights, where visitors can discover new flavours from countries like Egypt, Mexico, Taiwan, and South Africa with their flame-licked dishes.

The Sentosa GrillFest is bringing back some of the crowd-pleasing dishes from previous years, including the Pulled Beef Cheek Rendang Burger from Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa and the Bamboo Nasi Lemak by Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro. These delectable treats are sure to satisfy taste buds of all types.

Grill By The Beach is the place to be, with skilled grill masters serving various mouth-watering grilled dishes while the sun sets over the crashing waves. Choose from Texas barbecue beef ribs from Jett Barbecue, Brisket Burnt Ends from Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Signature Rosti with Grilled Chicken from WADO, and many more tempting options.

Discover Sentosa’s culinary scene with the Sentosa Restaurant Trail from August 14th to August 25th. Participating restaurants on the island offer special weekday deals with curated menus, where the third diner eats for free with a minimum of two paying adults. In addition to the three signature events, Sentosa Food Fest 2023 offers a range of fringe programs to enhance your overall experience. On July 15th, experience the magic of the first-ever Bollywood Beach Sundown Fest, where you can groove to Bollywood’s vibrant beats and savour the rich flavours of Indian cuisine. From July to September, look for other exciting events like the car Sprint Fest, Spartan Sprint, and the Sentosa Grand Prix Season Singapore Party, which will provide entertainment and complement the Sentosa Food Fest.

All Sentosa GrillFest vendors will use biodegradable utensils and packaging, and plastic bottled beverages won’t be sold. Drinking water fountains are conveniently located along the entire stretch of Siloso Beach, ensuring you stay hydrated while reducing plastic waste.
