Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks is ready to give all Dads a good treat! I bet you will agree that fathers are superheroes who wear invisible capes (let’s skip the red underwear), and they are always there for us – rain or shine right? Time to show appreciation for your father this Father’s Day with the delicious and comforting offerings by Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks!

The Father’s Day Bundle S$23.90 is bound to bring a smile to his face. This indulgent bundle includes the brand’s Handmade Oyster Mee Sua, Happy! Ricebox, XXL Crispy Chicken, Sweet Plum Potato Fries (M) x2, and Imperial Osmanthus Tea x2. Mee Sua is known as long-life noodles — bless your dad with longevity and a life of good health! Perfect for the carnivorous father, the Happy! Ricebox is a simple yet comforting meal that serves up Taiwanese crispy fried chicken and diced century egg cold tofu atop a bed of rice. Further upping the indulgence are the XXL Crispy Chicken and sweet plum potato fries. The Imperial Osmanthus Tea is fragrant and works well as a palate cleanser.

I found one of the quirkiest little spots in Joo Chiat 👀

Heartware Store & Gallery is currently hosting Japanese artist Choibusu’s first solo exhibition in Singapore, featuring 500+ handmade “ugly-cute” keychains. Think sushi, snails, wisdom teeth and all sorts of wonderfully weird characters. 😂

There are also vintage Japanese toys, 3D-printed lamps, colourful merch and plenty of random treasures to discover.

📍 Heartware Store & Gallery
350B Joo Chiat Road
📅 Till 13 Sep 2026
🎟️ FREE entry

Save this for your next Joo Chiat adventure!
