Searching for a spectacular Christmas dinner in Singapore? Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie’s 2025 buffet features eight premium roasts, including a rare butter-aged ribeye, a lavish seafood bar, and festive desserts. Set against panoramic views, it’s the ultimate festive feast. Here’s everything you need to know to book your table.

Is finding the perfect Christmas dinner venue already on your mind? You know, the one that impresses the family, satisfies the foodies, and creates those magical year-end memories. If your checklist includes premium roasts, stunning views, and a truly festive atmosphere, your search might end at Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie.

A golden holiday table at Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie with ribeye, seafood, sides, champagne, candles, and decorations.

Their “Magical Christmas Moments” buffet, running from 12 December 2025 to 3 January 2026, is shaping up to be a grand culinary event. Located at Momentus Hotel Alexandra, this isn’t just another hotel buffet. It is a carefully curated experience designed for celebration.

A Festive Experience with a View

The celebration starts the moment you arrive. Before you even get to the main buffet spread, you are invited to a pre-dinner reception at the Level 7 Lifestyle Deck. Imagine sipping a glass of sparkling wine, nibbling on prized Jamon Iberico, and enjoying savoury canapés as the sun sets over a panoramic view. This relaxed, open-air space with its infinity pool sets a wonderfully elegant and social tone for the evening ahead. It is the perfect way to ease into the festive spirit before the main feast.

The Main Event: Le Grande Christmas Roasts

The true stars of the show at Verandah are, without a doubt, the roasts. They have gone all out with “Le Grande Christmas Roast,” featuring eight different premium cuts of beef, pork, and lamb. This is the heart of their festive offering.

The standout highlight is the 14-day Butter-aged Argentinian Beef Ribeye. This is a rare find in Singapore. The ribeye is enveloped in unsalted butter and aged in-house, which gives the meat incredibly rich, nutty undertones. It is then finished on a binchotan hibachi grill, adding a smoky aroma that makes each bite complex and deeply flavourful.

But the feast does not stop there. The ribeye is joined by a cast of other exquisite meats. You will find Tajima Wagyu Beef Rump, US Prime Beef Short Ribs, a Herb-crusted Spring Lamb Rack, and a massive Sakura Pork Tomahawk. For the pork lovers, the Crackling Pork Porchetta with truffle and herb stuffing is a must-try. And of course, no Christmas spread is complete without the classic Grain Mustard Honey-glazed Gammon Ham and an elegant Fillet Mignon Beef Wellington.

Beyond the Roasts: Seafood, Sashimi, and More

While the roasts are the headline act, the supporting cast is just as impressive. The Seafood Bar is a lavish display of King Crab Legs, Japanese Oysters, Half Shell Scallops, and Poached Live Tiger Prawns, all served on ice.

For a refined touch, fresh sashimi including salmon, tuna, and yellowfin is prepared to order and served directly to your table. If you need a break from the meat and seafood, there are European-inspired dishes like Chestnut-stuffed Rotisserie Chicken, Grilled Whole Turbot, and comforting classics such as Parmigiano Cheese Wheel Carbonara Pasta.

A Whimsical Finale of Festive Desserts

Save room for dessert, because the finale is a whimsical celebration of Christmas. The presentation is half the fun, with a towering “Christmas Tree” Croquembouche made of cream puffs and a playful Snowman Pavlova. You can also dive into a Pink Chocolate Fondue with churros and waffles.

A festive spread with shrimp skewers, fish with lemon, mussels, candles, ornaments, and a gold tree for a Christmas buffet.

They also serve their much-loved signature Cempedak Crème Brûlée, alongside a classic Gingerbread Trifle and a Red Velvet Yule Log Cake. It is a sweet end that truly captures the magic of the season.

Lunch, Takeaways, and Essential Booking Details

If a grand dinner does not fit your plans, Verandah also offers a festive semi-buffet lunch from 1 December. For $39++ per person, you can choose a main course like the 48-hour Braised US Beef Short Ribs or the Butter-aged Argentinian Ribeye, and enjoy unlimited access to the salad, soup, charcuterie, and dessert spreads.

Hosting a celebration at home? Their festive takeaway menu has you covered with options like whole Chestnut-stuffed Rotisserie Chicken, Grain Mustard Honey Glazed Ham, and Tajima Wagyu Roast Beef, all available for order online.

The dinner buffet is priced from $98++ per adult. If you book early, before 5 December 2025, you can enjoy a 20% discount on the food bill and a complimentary bottle of wine for reservations with five adults or more.
