On a scorching Easter Sunday, my family and I indulged in some heavenly ice cream from Birds of Paradise in Katong. With my wife and two sons by my side, we embarked on a refreshing and delicious journey to beat the heat and satisfy our cravings.
The family indulged in a variety of unique and delicious ice cream flavours. Kayden, always up for trying new things, chose Lychee Raspberry and Hazelnut, and Nathan went for a refreshing Mango Sorbet and a decadent Dark Chocolate. Dad couldn’t resist the intriguing Sea Salt Hojicha and Roasted Sesame, while Mom opted for the sophisticated Roasted Sesame Midnight Gianguja. With each double-scoop cup costing $9, they were excited to dig into their frozen delights!

The Earl Grey & Lemongrass, White Chrysanthemum (their most popular flavour), Pandan, and Spiced Pear all sounded tempting, offering a tantalizing array of frozen treats to explore. As we savoured the last bits of our current flavours, we eagerly anticipated the next adventure in our ice cream journey.
