Have you ever walked into a coffee room and wished the menu would surprise you? Bacha Coffee in Singapore seems to have read that thought. Just as we’re settling into the new year, they’ve unveiled a fresh winter menu and a Valentine’s Day surprise that’s equal parts luxurious and playful. It feels like they’re not just serving coffee, they’re crafting moments.

A Reimagined Winter Menu to Warm the Senses

A round table set with a bowl of food topped with crispy garnish, teapot, Bacha Coffee, cream bowl, sugar bowl, and Moroccan book.

Bacha Coffee has always been about the experience, not just the brew. Their latest winter menu, available now at their ION Orchard and Marina Bay Sands locations, proves that point beautifully. They’ve drawn inspiration from their Moroccan roots and global journey to create dishes that complement their famous collection of over 200 Arabica coffees.

Sauce is poured over rolled chicken with garnish; a gold teapot and Bacha Coffee cups sit on an elegant table behind.

It’s a mix of savoury classics and housemade pastries that sound almost too good to eat. Almost. Think of a gourmet savoury croissant filled with homemade beef confit, spinach, and fried quail eggs. Or a comforting saffron risotto subtly infused with Calisalsa coffee, topped with caramelised pumpkin and parmesan crisps. For something with more local flair, the Chicken Thigh Paquette with garlic rice and a tandoori sauce seems like a must-try. And of course, they have desserts like a stunning Red Berries Millefeuille to round things off. It’s the kind of all-day menu that makes deciding between a coffee catch-up or a proper meal wonderfully difficult.

Your Blind Coffee Date This Valentine’s Day

Now, here’s where things get exciting for those who love a good surprise. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Bacha Coffee is launching exclusive ‘Blind Boxes’ online. It’s a clever, thrilling twist on gifting coffee. For $48, you can get a Discovery blind box valued at $65. You choose your preferred coffee type—single origin, fine flavoured, or decaffeinated—but the rest is a delightful mystery. Inside, you’ll find a surprise selection of their signature coffee bags, chocolate-covered beans, sugar sticks, and a gift certificate.

If you’re feeling more indulgent, the $98 Indulgence blind box (valued up to $130) is the way to go. It includes loose speciality coffees, coffee bags, filters, and a mystery accessory. That last item could be an exclusive bone-china mug or a signature iced-coffee glass. It’s a game of love roulette, as they call it, that turns your coffee ritual into an event. These boxes dropped online on 26 January, so you’ll want to move fast before they sell out.

Festive Touches for Lunar New Year

Bacha Coffee hasn’t forgotten about the Chinese New Year either. To celebrate the season of prosperity and gifting, they’ve designed a beautiful set of limited-edition red packets. They blend auspicious symbolism with Bacha’s distinctive Moroccan-inspired motifs beautifully. The best part is how you can get them. From now until 18 February, spend a minimum of $128 at any Singapore boutique to receive a complimentary set. If you prefer shopping online, a minimum spend of $88 on their e-boutique from 26 January to 23 February will do the trick. It’s a refined, tasteful gift that fits the festive spirit perfectly.

More Than Just a Coffee Break

What Bacha Coffee is doing here feels quite special. They’re layering experiences. You can come for a spectacular winter meal, pick up a surprise gift for a loved one (or yourself, no judgement here), and even get beautiful festive red packets. It transforms a simple coffee run into a much broader luxury lifestyle moment. In a city that loves both food and novelty, this combination is likely to hit the mark.

A plate with a croissant sandwich and salad rests beside Bacha Coffee, a book, sugar bowl, and utensils on the table.

So, will you be trying the new saffron risotto, taking a chance on a blind box, or hunting for those elegant red packets? This season at Bacha Coffee offers plenty of reasons to visit, each with its own little thrill.
