We all know that fiber is good for us, but do you know that not all fiber are equally beneficial? Right in every whole grains, wheats, oats and barleys, there is a soluble dietary fiber called Beta Glucan. Can be partially dissolved in water, the benefits of Beta Glucan includes the lowering of cholesterol level, reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes, boosting our immune system and improving the sugar level in our blood.
