A Taste of Hong Kong in Every Sip

Amidst the bustling Bugis area, DIMPLE offers a sanctuary for up to 30 guests, where the essence of Hong Kong is celebrated in every detail. The bar’s setting is a testament to the Chinese cultural values of love, harmony, and abundance, all reflected in its menu of 14 distinct cocktails. These concoctions are not just drinks but stories—each crafted with seasonal fruits and fine spirits that speak of tradition and modern flair.

Signature Cocktails to Savour

Consider the Passionfruit Martini, a zesty mix of Tanqueray No 10 Gin and passionfruit oolong-infused dry sake crowned with homemade passionfruit and sea salt foam. Then there’s the Mango Spicy Margarita, a daring blend of Don Ramon Reposado Tequila charged with a hint of bird’s eye chilli tempered by the sweetness of salted caramel and mango lime sorbet. These are just glimpses of DIMPLE’s commitment to freshness and innovative flavour pairings.

💎 Weekend adventure at Jewel Changi! We had lunch at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. Of course, ended it all with some waterfall fun, the classic Jewel style.
🥐 Dropped by Moonchild Café at Jalan Besar for brunch and coffee after a late night catching up on GE2025 🗳️. Definitely needed that caffeine fix!

The café has a cosy, laid-back vibe with good coffee, waffles, and bakes — plus it’s dog-friendly, which is always a win. 🐶

🚌 It’s about a 15-minute walk from Bendemeer MRT, but if you’re coming from Tampines, just take Bus 23 — it stops right outside the café.

📍 If you’re looking for a chill spot in the Jalan Besar area with good vibes and brunch, this one’s worth checking out.
😌 TGIF! I’m taking a break from all the rally heat with some grilled goodness at Sinpopo.

🧈 The Damn Good Kaya & Salty Butter Sandwich really good, plus teh tarik, coffee and peanut mochi for that extra mood boost.
