Under this new banner, the spotlight is on “Singapore Signatures,” a menu celebrating the best local flavours. In a unique partnership with Tiger Crystal, Timbre Signatures exemplifies the perfect harmony between local cuisine and music.
The menu showcases mouthwatering dishes, starting with the Beef Carpaccio ($17), featuring tenderloin slices with capers, grated egg mimosa, crispy potato shreds, arugula, shallots, and chives, all harmonized with a zesty anchovy lemon aioli.
For the main course, indulge in the Seared Hokkaido Scallop Laksa Risotto ($32), a delightful fusion of succulent scallops and laksa-infused risotto, garnished with cucumber, slow-poached egg, desiccated coconut, and laksa pesto. Finally, don’t miss the Chocolate Lava Flambe ($15), a decadent molten chocolate lava cake ignited with Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky and a burst of mixed berries.
