Premium, Handcrafted Broths for a Unique Hotpot Experience

Unlike traditional hotpot, where broths develop flavour over time, Bon Broth serves handcrafted broths that are rich and complete from the first taste. Made with pure fish, beef, pork, or chicken bones, each broth undergoes a meticulous 12-16 hour simmering process, extracting deep marrow, collagen, and flavour.

The process includes a fresh mirepoix base sautéed for depth, Chef André Chiang’s signature spice paste, a slow-simmered French-style bouillon for natural richness, and hand-picked herbs and spices for a perfect flavour balance. With broths this flavourful, you won’t need condiments—just pure, satisfying taste in every sip!

Signature Broths That Redefine Hotpot in Singapore

Bon Broth offers eight distinct broths inspired by global flavours and crafted to perfection. Whether you love spicy, umami, or creamy textures, there’s something for every palate. The Sichuan Green Pepper Signature Broth balances Taiwanese pickled chilli and Sichuan green pepper for a mild sweetness with numbing spice.

The Satay (Sha Cha) Broth features a Taiwanese-style satay base, sautéed with butter, shallot, garlic, and chilli for deep umami. The Hokkaido Broth blends Grouper fish head collagen, miso, sake, and Hokkaido milk into a silky, umami-packed experience. The Laksa Broth delivers a fragrant coconut-based broth infused with laksa and Hong Kong-style curry spices.

For those who love spice, the Mala Broth, made with 26 finely blended spices, provides a perfect balance of heat and depth. The Sukiyaki Broth, featuring French Echiré butter and black diamond truffle, is the ultimate indulgence if you prefer a non-soupy hotpot.

A Personalised Yet Social Dining Experience at Raffles City

A modern, dimly lit bar in Raffles City features round tables and stylish decor, perfect for unwinding after Singapore's hotpot.

Bon Broth combines personalised dining with a social experience, perfect for any occasion. Each diner enjoys an individual hotpot for a fully customised experience, while the circular bar seating fosters a communal yet intimate atmosphere.

💎 Weekend adventure at Jewel Changi! We had lunch at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. Of course, ended it all with some waterfall fun, the classic Jewel style.
🥐 Dropped by Moonchild Café at Jalan Besar for brunch and coffee after a late night catching up on GE2025 🗳️. Definitely needed that caffeine fix!

The café has a cosy, laid-back vibe with good coffee, waffles, and bakes — plus it’s dog-friendly, which is always a win. 🐶

🚌 It’s about a 15-minute walk from Bendemeer MRT, but if you’re coming from Tampines, just take Bus 23 — it stops right outside the café.

📍 If you’re looking for a chill spot in the Jalan Besar area with good vibes and brunch, this one’s worth checking out.
😌 TGIF! I’m taking a break from all the rally heat with some grilled goodness at Sinpopo.

🧈 The Damn Good Kaya & Salty Butter Sandwich really good, plus teh tarik, coffee and peanut mochi for that extra mood boost.
