A survey conducted by Traveloka showed that more than 60% of Singaporeans felt their stress level increase since the pandemic. 78% said they really need a break, with 43% wishing for a break urgently. I am definitely one of them.
The number one choice of taking a break was by doing a staycation at a hotel or resort- 78% of respondents chose that, followed by having fun at attractions (53%), and tours (45%).
Traveloka’s survey also found that the main causes for men’s stress increase are due to finance and longer working hours. No surprises there.
