October 4th was a breathtaking day for everybody who has watched the video posted by SPCA. A rescue officer from the animal welfare group used a snare to save a trapped kitten stuck on the 12th floor. The owner of the kitten said that his pet could have slipped through a small gap and landed on the ledge. So, it is very important to create a safe home for our pets.
