The Australian coffee roaster, Toby’s Estate, is set to make a grand comeback after fifteen years of captivating the hearts of locals and visitors in Robertson Quay. The mainstay is all set to showcase its revamped warehouse space, which exudes a sophisticated modern vibe tailored for today’s discerning consumers. The dedicated community eagerly anticipates its reopening.
After a refurbishment, the flagship café offers 55 indoor seats and 32 outdoor seating, with scenic views of the riverside. Its menu boasts premium coffee and classic Aussie café cuisine.
The café’s makeover, crafted by the talented Australian designers Atelier and Alpha, showcases Toby’s Estate’s dedication to coffee excellence. The décor features aged brass finishes, expansive brew bars, and warm timber accents that complement the industrial backdrop of high warehouse ceilings and polished concrete floors, resulting in a visually stunning ambience.
The renovated space boasts interactive Filter and Espresso bars, allowing guests to witness the coffee-making process up close and engage with skilled baristas. Toby’s Estate proudly offers one of the most extensive coffee programs, showcasing South American, African, and Asia beans. The coffee menu is rotated monthly, with seven unique coffees available anytime, including the exclusive Freezus menu featuring award-winning blends.
Toby’s new canned Not Hot Coffee range is now available in Singapore and comes in three delicious flavours: Oat Milk Latte, Cold Brew Black, and ‘Spro Tonic, a sparkling coffee infused with natural orange sweetness. These refreshing cold coffees are perfect for Singapore’s tropical climate and excite your day.
Introducing the Pandan Waffle: A Taste of Southeast Asia
Toby’s Estate’s newest coffee blend is the limited edition Pandan Waffle Flavor Savour, a tribute to the beloved Southeast Asian flavour. Head Roaster Danny Cao and coffee farmer Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia from Colombia worked together to create this unique blend. It has tasting notes of pine lime ice cream, coconut cream, and melons, with a lingering pandan aroma.
