Located adjacent to the Coach retail store, the coffee shop features a convenient pass-through connection, inviting guests to seamlessly move between shopping and dining. Designed as a welcoming space to relax and recharge, the café blends specialty beverages, comforting bites and thoughtful design details inspired by Coach’s heritage of craftsmanship and playful spirit.

Launched as part of Coach’s vision of Expressive Luxury, the Coach Coffee Shop brings together quality coffee, casual dining and brand-led storytelling. The interior draws on classic Americana influences with a modern sensibility, creating an environment that feels both familiar and distinctive.
Guests can enjoy specialty coffee and beverages served with Coach’s signature “C” ice cubes, while chocolate-based drinks are paired with C-shaped chocolates designed to be stirred in. These playful touches reflect the brand’s creative DNA and attention to detail.
The all-day menu features Coach Coffee Shop favourites prepared in-house, including Beef Hotdogs, Grilled Cheese, Maple-glazed Crullers and Cinnamon Rolls. Designed for casual enjoyment, the menu offers comforting flavours with a refined edge, making it suitable for quick breaks or leisurely visits.
A highlight of the Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA location is its rotating selection of signature soft serves. Nostalgic and unexpected flavours such as Apple Pie, Red Velvet and Peaches & Cream are available, alongside an outlet-exclusive creation that pays tribute to local tastes.
Exclusive to this location is the Nasi Lemak soft serve, a playful interpretation of Malaysia’s national dish reimagined through Coach’s lens. The unique offering adds a distinctly local flavour to the global Coach Coffee Shop concept.
