Calling all Singapore runners. New Balance just opened its first Southeast Asia Run Hub at Suria KLCC. It is a game-changing space with free shoe trials, 3D foot scans, and bag storage. More than a store, it is a vibrant community for runners of all levels to connect and grow.

Ever felt like your running journey is a solo mission? What if there was a place designed not just to sell you shoes, but to become the heart of your running life? For dads in Singapore looking for a fresh fitness experience, a new destination just a short trip away is about to change the game.

New Balance has officially opened the doors to its very first Run Hub in Southeast Asia, and it’s right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur at Suria KLCC. This is not your typical retail store. It is a dedicated community landmark built for runners, by runners.

A Home for Runners of All Paces

Following the success of similar hubs in Japan and China, the New Balance Run Hub KLCC brings a powerful ethos to our region. It is a space that supports you both in motion and mindset. Imagine a one-stop spot where you can gear up, train, and truly connect with fellow running enthusiasts.

Athletic mannequins in sportswear, shoe-lined walls, and wooden benches create a lively hub for the KLCC running community.

Brittany Melrose, Regional Head of Running & Sports Marketing for New Balance in APAC and MEAI, shared their vision. She expressed pride in bringing the concept to Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur, a city with a thriving running community. The hope is that this space becomes a beacon for runners of all levels, encouraging everyone to push their boundaries.

What You Can Actually Do There

So, what makes this hub so special for a busy dad? It is packed with practical, free services that remove the usual hassles of running in the city.

Sleek shop with clothing racks, athletic mannequin, wood benches, photos, and New Balance counter—welcoming Singapore runners.

Need to squeeze in a run after work or during a family day out? The hub offers secure bag storage so you can drop your things and head straight out to KLCC Park or the city streets.

Thinking of trying a new shoe model? Their always-on shoe trial lets you loan selected performance footwear for your run. You can test them on the ground where it matters most before you even think about buying.

Perhaps the coolest feature is the 3D foot scanning station. This technology provides detailed insights into your unique stride. An in-store specialist then uses this data to recommend the perfect shoe model for your feet, taking the guesswork out of finding the right fit.

Launch Celebrations and Perks

To celebrate the opening from 1 to 16 November 2025, New Balance is hosting a series of interactive events. It is the perfect time to experience the buzz. You can create a digital avatar of your running style, join motivating community run sessions, and earn complimentary rewards.

These include an ice bar treat after a 3km run or a branded water bottle just for sharing your experience on social media. There are also gifts with purchase, like a recovery massage ball set or a limited edition gear bag, perfect for the dad who is always on the go.

A Sneak Peek at the Future of Running

As part of the Run Hub experience, visitors get an exclusive preview of the upcoming Fresh Foam X 1080v15 running shoe. This is the newest version of New Balance’s iconic max-cushion shoe, designed to be the ultimate everyday trainer.

It features a brand new Infiniön midsole foam for enhanced cushioning and energy return. The shoe will be available for preview at the hub from 3 November 2025, well ahead of its official retail launch in January 2026.

Your New Running Base Camp

Whether you are training for your next race or just taking your first steps towards a healthier lifestyle, the New Balance Run Hub is more than a store. It is a space that celebrates every part of the running journey. It is a place to feel supported, inspired, and part of a community. So, the next time you are planning a day trip or a weekend in KL, you know where to pack your running kit.
