Why Colombian and Mandheling blends?
Coffee from Columbia is generally one of the most favoured and all-time preferred coffees due to the fact that of its abundant taste along with its full flavour. In its historical accounts, there are no clear records when Colombia began to produce and grow their really own coffee version. If you base it on the geographical map of the world, Colombia is the ideal location to grow and cultivate coffee.
A lot of the islands of Indonesia were formed by volcanoes. They are mountainous and have rich soil that is perfect for growing coffee. It is not surprising that a few of the world’s most well-known coffees are grown on the islands of the Malay Archipelago of Indonesia: Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Java. Roughly 15% of all the coffee grown in Indonesia is Arabica. Sumatra is the second biggest island of the Republic of Indonesia. Sumatra Mandheling coffee is grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Leuser. This is near the port of Padang in the Balak region of west-central Sumatra.
