Lockdowns and travel restrictions have left Singaporeans feeling crabby. Enter Subway Singapore’s new Seafood Patty; packed with squid, fish, and shrimp, you’ll not only get bang for your buck but its refreshing and delicious flavours will transport you back to your favourite beach vacation. Be sure to get your claws on this quickly as it’s only available for a limited period from 29 September to 17 November 2021.

The launch is part of Subway’s desire to expand its protein options beyond its usual chicken, beef, tuna, and eggs choices. Associated with the beach vibes and often seen as a delicacy, fans can expect an initial crunch at first bite from the golden breaded coating before sampling the soft and mild seafood flavour.

The Seafood Patty underwent a year of in-depth and rigorous research to create its delicate texture and crisp exterior. The patty also went through multiple rounds of internal taste tests and feedback sessions to achieve the perfect blend of fish, shrimp, and squid while still being able to enjoy the unique taste of each ingredient.

While fans are free to be creative with how they pair the Seafood Patty, Subway recommends pairing it with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mixed pepper, onions, sweet corn, and Subway’s signature spicy mayo sauce to elevate and best complement the breadcrumb patty.

The sub will be available across all Subway restaurants islandwide and on delivery platforms GrabFood, FoodPanda, and Deliveroo. Prices are as listed:

● In Stores: Seafood Patty sub starts from $7.50 for a 6-inch and $12.50 for a footlong
● Delivery Platform: Seafood Patty sub starts from $8.00 for a 6-inch and $13.00 for a
footlong

“Subway has been serving delicious, better-for-you sandwiches for over 50 years. As tuna is one of our more popular sub options, we saw it as an opportunity to offer other seafood alternatives that can also satisfy our guests’ cravings. We hope our guests can enjoy the latest Seafood Patty sub while they reminisce about their beachside getaways and look forward to being able to travel again,” said Samad Mohd Shariff, Country Director, Subway, South East Asia.

💎 Weekend adventure at Jewel Changi! We had lunch at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. Of course, ended it all with some waterfall fun, the classic Jewel style.
🥐 Dropped by Moonchild Café at Jalan Besar for brunch and coffee after a late night catching up on GE2025 🗳️. Definitely needed that caffeine fix!

The café has a cosy, laid-back vibe with good coffee, waffles, and bakes — plus it’s dog-friendly, which is always a win. 🐶

🚌 It’s about a 15-minute walk from Bendemeer MRT, but if you’re coming from Tampines, just take Bus 23 — it stops right outside the café.

📍 If you’re looking for a chill spot in the Jalan Besar area with good vibes and brunch, this one’s worth checking out.
😌 TGIF! I’m taking a break from all the rally heat with some grilled goodness at Sinpopo.

🧈 The Damn Good Kaya & Salty Butter Sandwich really good, plus teh tarik, coffee and peanut mochi for that extra mood boost.
