In homage to one of Singapore’s most iconic flavors, Shake Shack Singapore has debuted a new limited-time menu available at Shacks island-wide till 15 August. It’s inspired by their love for some of Singapore’s most iconic sambal dishes such as Nasi Lemak and Sambal Chicken.
East meets West in the Sambal Mayo Burger, featuring Shake Shack’s classic Angus beef patty topped with the exclusive Sambal Mayo and classic Nasi Lemak ingredients like fresh cucumbers, fried egg, and crispy fried ShackMeister onions, wrapped within a warm, fluffy potato bun.
For a stronger kick, the Sambal Mayo Chicken Shack sees crispy dark meat chicken layered with fresh cabbage slaw and crunchy cucumber slices then finished with the same flavourful Sambal Mayo on a toasted potato bun. Seasoned with tangy cilantro, lime, and fish sauce; the zest of the slaw adds a refreshing twist to the Sambal Mayo and brings out the complex spice notes of the sauce.
What’s a Shack experience without Crinkle-Cut Fries? The Sambal Mayo Fries come with Batu Lesung Spice Sambal Mayo, savory bacon bits and scallions.
