This festive season, I discovered the perfect getaway at Dorsett Changi City Singapore, complete with luxurious amenities and a unique Foodie Tour that showcased the best of local cuisine.

As the festive season lights up the calendar, I was drawn to the east of Singapore, where Dorsett Changi City Singapore promised a luxurious escape tailored for the holiday spirit. Nestled conveniently close to local attractions and amenities, this hotel has quickly become my go-to for a refreshing end to the year.

Unrivalled Comfort and Elegance

From the moment I stepped into the Dorsett Room, I was enveloped in a blend of comfort and elegance. The room boasted modern amenities, a kitchenette for those late-night snack cravings, and plush bedding that promised a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s facilities, including an outdoor pool, a sauna, and a 24-hour fitness centre, added relaxation layers to my stay.

The bathroom at Dorsett Changi City Singapore features a sleek, modern design with a glass-enclosed shower, wall-mounted toilet, large mirror, and sink adorned with toiletries. Towels are neatly arranged on a shelf beneath the sink, ensuring both style and convenience.

The festive package, starting at just S$248 nett per night, felt like a steal for the experience. Opting for the breakfast-inclusive rate at S$268 nett, I started each day with a splendid buffet catering to local and international palates.

The laundry room, reminiscent of Dorsett Changi City Singapore's modern aesthetic, features a washing machine and dryer beside sleek wooden cabinets. Expansive windows offer a view of the outdoors, flooding the space with natural light.

A Culinary Adventure: The Foodie Tour

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the complimentary Foodie Tour offered every Sunday morning. We ventured to the Cosford Container Park, a dining gem overlooking the bustling airport runway. This picturesque spot served up local delicacies such as Kaya Butter Toast and Prawn Noodles, each dish a vibrant taste of Singapore’s rich culinary heritage.

An overhead view reveals a delightful spread on a pink surface at Dorsett Changi City Singapore. The table features curry, noodle soup, a box of snacks, soft-boiled eggs with toast, and a cup of milk tea with a straw.
Iced coffee and a wooden tray with four toast slices, accompanied by a small bowl of dipping sauce, create a delightful scene reminiscent of a cozy breakfast at Dorsett Changi City Singapore on a charming pink table.

Available until December 31st, the year-end promotion was perfectly timed for those of us looking to wind down the year in style. Whether it was the luxury, the food, or the warm, festive cheer, Dorsett Changi City Singapore provided it all, making it an unbeatable choice for a holiday retreat.

💎 Weekend adventure at Jewel Changi! We had lunch at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. Of course, ended it all with some waterfall fun, the classic Jewel style.
🥐 Dropped by Moonchild Café at Jalan Besar for brunch and coffee after a late night catching up on GE2025 🗳️. Definitely needed that caffeine fix!

The café has a cosy, laid-back vibe with good coffee, waffles, and bakes — plus it’s dog-friendly, which is always a win. 🐶

🚌 It’s about a 15-minute walk from Bendemeer MRT, but if you’re coming from Tampines, just take Bus 23 — it stops right outside the café.

📍 If you’re looking for a chill spot in the Jalan Besar area with good vibes and brunch, this one’s worth checking out.
😌 TGIF! I’m taking a break from all the rally heat with some grilled goodness at Sinpopo.

🧈 The Damn Good Kaya & Salty Butter Sandwich really good, plus teh tarik, coffee and peanut mochi for that extra mood boost.

🗳️ Don’t forget to vote tomorrow ok?
