Bask in the symbolic warmth and romance of the Mid-Autumn Festival with these two mooncake collections: Jade Signatures Mooncake Collection 2021 from The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Clifford Pier Mooncake Tingkat from The Fullerton Bay Hotel.

Indulge in exquisite new and familiar flavours with reduced sugar that beckon to the health-conscious. Together with The Fullerton 15 Treasures Premium Gift Set, the collections are now available for sale until 21 September 2021.

Jade Signatures Mooncake Collection 2021 from The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

Presented by the award-winning Jade restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, the Jade Signatures Mooncake Collection 2021 includes three new snow skin flavours. Reminiscent of peaceful twilights in a moonlit garden, the medley gives prominence to blossoms, berries, and brewed tea. If you are health-conscious, this is the perfect option for you since they use reduced sugar without compromising the taste of their delicate flavours.

The Raspberry Hokkaido Milk Snow Skin is a dreamy pairing of milky and fruity sweetness infused with creamy notes of vanilla, while the Rose Green Tea with Pistachio Snow Skin strikes a luscious balance of floral and earthy notes. If you prefer classic flavours, you are sure to appreciate the Osmanthus with Wolfberry Snow Skin with its soothing herbal fragrance and a slight tinge of bitterness. Rounding up the quartet is the signature White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk Snow Skin, a perennial classic with a golden yolk encased in a smooth paste.

Co-starring in the Fullerton Baked Classics this year are two new creations: Rose Coconut and Oolong Tea with Dried Cranberries. The former is an inspired variation of Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng’s signature ‘Rose Coconut Shaved Ice’ dessert at Jade: beautifully scented with the sweet fragrance of rose and mellow notes of coconut. The latter delivers the distinctive complexity of Oolong tea with a smoky and toasted finish studded with dainty bits of tangy dried cranberries.

Traditional flavours also get an update with low-sugar options. Indulge in essential classics such as White Lotus Seed Paste with Single or Double Yolk with minimal guilt. Presented in luxurious red or turquoise signature boxes adorned with graceful imagery of blossoms and the majestic peacock, the Jade Signatures Mooncake Collection 2021 is an elegant gift for all. The Baked Mooncake flavours are also available in a sustainable Premium Box, made with recyclable materials for eco-friendly gifting.

The Fullerton 15 Treasures Premium Gift Set from The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

Make an unforgettable impression with The Fullerton 15 Treasures Premium Gift Set. This limited-edition signature set contains a giant baked mooncake at its heart filled with white lotus seed paste and eight yolks — symbolising the full moon on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month.

14 smaller baked mooncakes encircle this centrepiece, each in a different flavour such as black sesame, almond, jasmine, orange, and red lotus seed paste. Their crusts depict alternating figures of celestial hare, citron fruit, and firefly to signify bliss, light, and well wishes.

The Clifford Pier Mooncake Tingkat from The Fullerton Bay Hotel

Returning for a second year by popular request, The Clifford Pier Mooncake Tingkat is a nostalgic nod to the bustling hawker scene that once surrounded Clifford Pier in bygone eras past. Updated for modern times, the specially designed tiffin carrier is adorned with lovely depictions of our national flower, the Vanda Miss Joaquim orchid, making it a charming gift and collector’s item alike.

Each tiffin carrier contains four baked mooncakes. Drawing inspiration from the diverse flavours that distinguish our local cuisine, the unique creations combine nutty, savoury, and fruity elements for a flavourful journey that is, in turn, surprising, familiar, and delightful.

The Baked Mixed Nuts with Satay Sauce brings a richer flavour profile to the popular Mixed Nuts mooncake, while the Baked Salted Lotus with Hae Bee Hiam, or spicy dried shrimp sambal, teases the tastebuds with an addictive mix of sweet, savoury, and spicy. The collection is rounded off with the ripe sweetness of the Baked Assam Lotus with Mango and the milder aromas of the Baked Pandan Coconut with Chendol.

Mid-Autumn is a special time that brings family and friends together. This year, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore also partner with REACH Community Service, a registered charitable organisation, to share their Fullerton signature mooncakes with under-resourced families.

💎 Weekend adventure at Jewel Changi! We had lunch at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. Of course, ended it all with some waterfall fun, the classic Jewel style.
🥐 Dropped by Moonchild Café at Jalan Besar for brunch and coffee after a late night catching up on GE2025 🗳️. Definitely needed that caffeine fix!

The café has a cosy, laid-back vibe with good coffee, waffles, and bakes — plus it’s dog-friendly, which is always a win. 🐶

🚌 It’s about a 15-minute walk from Bendemeer MRT, but if you’re coming from Tampines, just take Bus 23 — it stops right outside the café.

📍 If you’re looking for a chill spot in the Jalan Besar area with good vibes and brunch, this one’s worth checking out.
😌 TGIF! I’m taking a break from all the rally heat with some grilled goodness at Sinpopo.

🧈 The Damn Good Kaya & Salty Butter Sandwich really good, plus teh tarik, coffee and peanut mochi for that extra mood boost.

🗳️ Don’t forget to vote tomorrow ok?
