Bubble tea has been a global phenomenon and has been more popular than ever, to celebrate that love for bubble tea – Gong Cha together with iconic lifestyle brand tokidoki will launch the tokidoki x Gong Cha Bubble Tea Funhouse, the very first tokidoki-themed bubble tea funhouse in the world.

It is primed to start from the 19th of April, at the upcoming inaugural Shilin Night Market Singapore. Ever since Gong Cha’s sudden disappearance and quick reemergence in 2017, it has been striving to keep consumers excited about the brand. “This collaboration at Shilin Night Market Singapore is set to kickstart Gong Cha’s partnership with tokidoki – like tokidoki is our big step into developing partnership initiatives that continue to keep our fans, as well as the bubble tea community at large, excited about the brand. We’re especially excited to be working with tokidoki given its immense popularity within Asia,” said Mr Kang Puay Seng, CEO of Gong Cha Singapore.

New flavours from Gong Cha at the Shilin Night Market

Be the first to try Gong Cha’s new flavours in collaboration with tokidoki at the Shilin night market. There will be a total of 3 new drinks for consumers to get a fresh taste of from Gong Cha. The new release features an innovative mix of ingredients beautifully fused using the art of ‘茶墨’ (Chá mò), also known as Tea Ink to bring you a delicious cup of bubble tea.

The three new flavours include the following:

Bambu Boba – Sesame Oolong Tea with Black and White Pearls

Rosa Latte – Dragonfruit Latte with White Pearls

Berry Biscotti – Strawberry Milk with Berry Purée & Oreos

All three drinks will be priced at $6.50

Think you can come up with better bubble tea recipes? Try your hand at crafting a personalised brew at the DIY stations within the Funhouse’s experiential zones and taste test your new drinks with your friends at the Boba Ball Pit!

Also, for those of you who collectables collectors, there will limited pieces of tokidoki merchandise featuring Boba Bob & Boba Betty! Merchandise such as tumblers and reusable cup sleeves will also be made available exclusively during this event; however, do note that all merchandise will have to be purchased with a tokidoki x Gong Cha Bubble Tea.

From 8-18 April, Gong Cha will be giving away a limited 1,500 pairs of free passes for every $10 spent at any of the 16 outlets islandwide. Pass holders will be entitled to a one-time express entry into Shilin Night Market on any of the six days.
