One of the most remarkable aspects of the Sakura Menu is the inclusion of the highly sought-after Himokawa Udon in pink, a sensation that has been spreading through the culinary scene in Japan. This type of udon is particularly renowned for its delicate flavour and unique flat shape. It is served with grated mountain yam and Tempura Makino’s signature mentsuyu dipping sauce, providing diners with an unparalleled gastronomic experience. The Cherry Tororo Himokawa Udon can be ordered separately for $9.

Complementing the culinary masterpiece on offer is the Sakura Ebi Kakiage platter, priced at $19. This platter is crafted with precision and showcases an assortment of delectable ingredients including Sakura ebi kakiage, prawn, asparagus, eggplant, tomato vine, and Sakura denbu enoki tempura, all served with a sumptuous mentai cream dip.

A Sakura dining experience would not be complete without a delicious dessert, and Tempura Makino has just the thing. Their Blooming Mizu Shingen Mochi dessert costs $6 and combines the airy texture of Raindrop cake with the rich flavours of brown sugar syrup and soybean powder. This dessert promises to be the perfect ending to your Sakura-themed culinary journey.

If you’re looking for a refreshing drink to go with your meal, Tempura Makino has the Sakura Momo Blossom mocktail for $7. It’s a delicious mix of cherry blossom and peach puree soda. If you want something stronger, you can try the spiked version with Shochu for $9.
To cater to diverse preferences, Tempura Makino is offering the Sakura Petals to Platter Set at $25. This set comprises the Sakura Ebi Kakiage Platter and Cherry Tororo Himokawa Udon.
