From Singapore’s Chili Crab Meat in Egg Custard with Mini Bun to Hai Tien Lo’s Salted Egg Yolk Yam Puff, each savoury delight is a homage to local culinary heritage.
If you like sweets, try the Mango Pomelo Sablé and coconut bandung with Chendol French pastry. On weekends, you can have an even more delightful experience with live stations serving Prawn Noodle Soup, Penang Assam Laksa, Wok Hei Char Kway Teow, Local Fruit Rojak, and D24 Durian Crêpe. If you want to make your experience even more unique, upgrade to include a glass of Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne for $88. On weekends, the price starts at $78 per person, and you can add champagne for $98.
