Cooking may be considered a tedious chore by some, but the truth is: it can be an enjoyable experience. Through the years, I’ve realised that having the right ingredients, cookware, and equipment in the kitchen can drastically change the way I cook.

I recently stocked up on some modern kitchen cookware from Modori, made in Korea with Inoble coating. Modori has released a collection of high-quality and beautifully-designed cookware that have my everyday cooking sessions much more convenient.

Unlike other thin coatings, Inoble coating uses low-pressure spraying with countless tiny dot-like particles. Such a coating process is repeated six times to enhance the durability of the coating. Usually, the thicker the coating, the more cracks will appear on the cookware, but the Inoble coating will not crack and is seven times thicker than the ordinary coating.

Modori – A Modern Cookware Collection

Modori’s Goodle Collection combines all of the advantages of coated cookware, stainless steel cookware, and cast iron cookware. It adopts a special Inoble coating and a patented oil road method and is made of fine coating particles, which enhances the non-stick effect and makes it easier to clean after use.

The special technology they used to design the Goodle Collection makes my time in the kitchen a lot easier. I never have to worry about our favourite dishes sticking to the pan or struggle to clean them afterwards.

All of the pans and pots in this collection can be used on gas stoves, induction and ceramic cookers, and even hot plates—huge plus points for their versatility.

I was also pleasantly surprised to see that even the handles of this collection are specially designed for easy clean-up. The handles are made from the wood of the Korean Somei Yoshino cherry tree, making them smooth and comfortable to grip.

Completing this modern cookware collection is the square egg pan. I enjoy creating my own versions of egg rolls with this pan. It’s also great for frying smaller dishes such as grilled cheese sandwiches and other side dishes.
