Happy Birthday Singapore! Here is my wife’s recipe for our family breakfast on the 9th of August 2013. Enjoy!

Serving size: 2 persons
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1. 4 slices of white bread
2. 2 eggs
3. 5 spoons of milk
4. A few drops of vanilla extract
5. Some sugar (depending on your preferences)
6. Use your favorite brand of peanut butter. I am using Adam’s 100% peanut butter.

💎 Weekend adventure at Jewel Changi! We had lunch at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. Of course, ended it all with some waterfall fun, the classic Jewel style.
🥐 Dropped by Moonchild Café at Jalan Besar for brunch and coffee after a late night catching up on GE2025 🗳️. Definitely needed that caffeine fix!

The café has a cosy, laid-back vibe with good coffee, waffles, and bakes — plus it’s dog-friendly, which is always a win. 🐶

🚌 It’s about a 15-minute walk from Bendemeer MRT, but if you’re coming from Tampines, just take Bus 23 — it stops right outside the café.

📍 If you’re looking for a chill spot in the Jalan Besar area with good vibes and brunch, this one’s worth checking out.
