At last I managed to find my peanut crackers at Tampines interchange. It reminds me a lot of my childhood memories, where I would always go to the nearby mama shop, or convenient store, after school to buy a pack and munch it at home.

This crackers can be easily home-made. I am not a chef but from the looks of it, the ingredients used are flour, peanuts, anchovies and kaffir lime leaves. Kaffir lime leaves are normally used in the cooking of Tom Yam Soup, to give that tangy-lime taste.

In my childhood days, where potato chips and taco chips cost more than these peanut crackers.

I bought this box of peanut crackers at $7.00, which is 100% homemade.
